Precast concrete shop in the Cranford/Hamilton NJ area needs full-time production hands for mold work, rebar, and concrete pours. Steady 40–50 hour weeks with overtime available. What you'll do: • Prep, clean, assemble, and set up molds for large precast concrete products • Cut, bend, tie, and fix rebar cages and assemblies • Pour, finish, patch, and repair concrete; strip products from molds • Operate forklifts, power tools, and overhead cranes; keep the work area clean What you need: • 1+ year experienced (self-reported) with precast/prestressed concrete or construction fabrication • Able to read a tape measure, lift 50 lbs, climb, kneel, and work long hours • Authorized to work in the US (E-Verify); production drawing reading and bilingual a plus Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
