Yard location: Wilmot St, Philadelphia, PA 19124 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Some days may run until 5:00 PM depending on workload and the project schedule. Pay starts at $300/day and may be discussed with the hiring company. Requirements: - 3+ years of concrete finishing experience preferred - Able to set and build concrete forms - Able to pour and finish concrete, including broom finish - Able to install sidewalks, aprons, and curbs - Able to read and set elevations/grades - Valid OSHA card required - Current drug test on hand - Valid driver's license - Has transportation to the yard - Can follow site procedures This role may involve prevailing-wage work.
