Lead concrete and masonry crews across active job sites in the Maywood, NJ area. Hands-on foreman role with steady weekly work and Saturday availability needed. What you'll do: • Run daily on-site operations across multiple concrete and masonry jobs • Coordinate crews, schedule materials, and keep sites stocked and moving • Enforce safety and cleanliness standards and report daily activity • Interpret plans for field staff and jump in hands-on when needed What you need: • 15+ years field experience (self-reported) in concrete and masonry • OSHA 30 (or willing to obtain within 30 days) and valid driver's license • Available ~50 hrs/week including at least two Saturdays per month Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
