Lead concrete and masonry crews across active job sites in the Franklin Township, NJ area. Foreman role with hands-on leadership across multiple residential and commercial projects. What you'll do: • Run day-to-day on-site operations across multiple concrete and masonry jobs • Order materials, manage delivery schedules, and keep crews stocked • Coordinate crews, enforce safety and cleanliness, and report daily activity • Interpret plans for field staff and work hands-on alongside the crew when needed What you need: • 15+ years field experience (self-reported) in concrete and masonry • OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) and valid driver's license • Availability for ~50 hour weeks and at least two Saturdays per month Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
