Lead a year-round paver and fence install crew in the Hackensack NJ area. Full-time foreman role with experienced (self-reported) hands-on installation work. What you'll do: • Install pavers, retaining walls, and fences across NJ job sites • Lead crew as foreman — direct daily install work and site flow • Run excavation work and prep for hardscape installs • Pull trailers between sites and haul materials/equipment What you need: • 3+ years construction experience (self-reported), pavers/fences/walls • Clean driver's license + trailer-pulling experience (CDL a plus) • Leadership ability to run a crew; bilingual a plus • Available full-time year round (reduced hours possible in winter) Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
