Lead drywall crews on residential and commercial projects across the NJ region. 5+ years of drywall install or finish experience required — this is a supervisor seat, not entry-level. What you'll do: • Oversee scheduling, installation, and tracking across multiple jobsites • Manage sheetrockers and finishers, keep crews on deadline • Read blueprints and coordinate directly with customers • Maintain site documentation and report to General Managers What you need: • 5+ years drywall install/finish, experienced (self-reported) • 1+ year project management background preferred • Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided) • Available Monday–Friday, Saturdays when needed Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
