Manhattan-based foundation crew needs a working foreman for high-end residential concrete projects across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Steady year-round pipeline, immediate start for the right lead. What you'll do: • Run the jobsite start to finish — underpinning, excavation, rebar, formwork, foundation walls, and flatwork • Lead your crew by example while working alongside them daily • Coordinate daily with the internal team and GC, submit daily logs and photos • Manage all tools and equipment on site What you need: • 10+ years foundation experience (underpinning, excavation, rebar, concrete) — experienced (self-reported) • 5+ years reading SOE, foundation, and structural drawings at expert level • Bilingual English/Spanish required, valid SST OSHA card, Fire Guard F-60 a plus • Able to travel between sites via public transit Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
