Urgent hire for industrial electricians in the Dover, NJ area supporting an aerospace manufacturing facility. Long-term onsite role with strong hourly pay. What you'll do: • Troubleshoot and repair electrical failures on heaters, motors, fuses, lights, and control systems • Install and rebuild electrical equipment including motors, transformers, wiring, and alarm systems • Read schematics and blueprints to service PLCs, robotic controllers, and 480V systems • Pull wire, bend conduit, install VFDs, and mentor less experienced electricians What you need: • 6+ years experienced (self-reported) in a manufacturing electrician role • Hands-on with 480V systems, PLCs, pneumatic/hydraulic modules, and automated systems • High school diploma or equivalent; US citizenship required for Export Control • Available for full-time onsite work in Dover, NJ Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
