Central NJ commercial/industrial/retail HVAC tech needed on a part-time, as-needed basis. Strong experience (self-reported) required — 10+ years on commercial systems. What you'll do: • Perform scheduled PM service on HVAC equipment and building environmental controls • Respond to emergency calls and HVAC renovation activities across assigned sites • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems • Handle minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical retrofit tasks as needed What you need: • 10+ years HVAC experience (self-reported) on commercial/industrial systems • EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification (required); Low Pressure Black Seal Boiler license preferred • Own transportation — work location is on the road, must reside in Central NJ area • Availability for day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
