Lead kitchen and bath remodeling projects in the Lorton, VA area. Working lead role — hands-on install plus crew and trade coordination from demo through punch-list. What you'll do: • Install cabinets, finish carpentry, trim, doors, hardware, and detailed punch work • Read plans and specs, sequence trades, and flag field conflicts early • Coordinate trade partners, inspections, and material deliveries on site • Mentor carpenters and apprentices; keep the site clean, organized, and on schedule What you need: • 10+ years residential remodeling or carpentry experience (self-reported), with lead responsibility • Strong kitchen and bath install skills — cabinets, finish carpentry, layout, trim • Valid driver's license; able to travel between project sites • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM availability Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
