Construction Project Manager — Residential Renovations

Brooklyn-based GC needs a hands-on Construction Project Manager to run high-end residential renovations and townhouse gut jobs across NYC. Lead role managing 2–3 projects at a time in Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Manhattan, and Queens. What you'll do: • Manage 2–3 residential renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and DOB filings • Prepare estimates, scopes of work, change orders, and material takeoffs • Run quality control on framing, drywall, tile prep, MEP rough-ins, and finishes What you need: • 3+ years construction project management, residential renovation experienced (self-reported) • Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; strong scheduling skills • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicle between NYC job sites • Strong English communication; Spanish a plus Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
