Water mitigation crew in the Port Chester / Westchester County area needs a hands-on tech now. 1099 role with a real path to full-time W-2 if it's a fit. What you'll do: • Run water extraction and mitigation on residential and commercial job sites • Set up and monitor drying equipment — air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture readings • Handle light demo — pulling wet drywall, flooring, and baseboards • Document jobs with photos/readings and keep customers informed on-site What you need: • Experience (self-reported) in restoration, construction, or related trade a plus — willing to train • Valid driver's license, own transportation, and basic hand tools • Able to lift 50+ lbs, stay on your feet, and be on-call for emergency water calls • IICRC cert a plus (or willingness to get one) Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
