Brooklyn-based environmental remediation and construction company is hiring a full-time Estimator / Project Manager. Run bids and manage projects across the NYC area. What you'll do: • Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals from blueprints and specs • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing, submit bids before deadlines • Manage awarded projects start to finish — coordinate subs, vendors, and field crews • Monitor budgets, schedules, and day-to-day project progress What you need: • Experienced (self-reported) as a Construction Estimator and/or Project Manager • Able to read construction drawings; proficient with MS Office and estimating software • Strong organization, communication, and ability to juggle multiple projects; remediation experience a plus; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
