Lead-by-example insulation foreman needed in the NJ/NYC region for attic, crawlspace, and wildlife exclusion work. You'll be in the suit and on the ladder with your crew every day. What you'll do: • Install and remove insulation (cellulose/fiberglass) and perform air sealing in attics and crawlspaces • Seal wildlife entry points at rooflines, soffits, fascia, and exterior penetrations • Set the pace alongside your crew and train members hands-on in the field • Inspect completed work, fix issues on the spot, and report progress daily What you need: • 2+ years hands-on insulation or home improvement experience (self-reported) • Comfortable on ladders, roofs, and in hot/confined spaces; able to lift 50+ lbs and wear full PPE • Valid driver's license; foreman or crew lead background preferred; Spanish a plus Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
