HVAC Lead Installer needed in the Elmer, NJ area for light commercial and residential installs. Steady year-round work with immediate openings. What you'll do: • Install HVAC equipment per manufacturer specs — wiring low and line voltage to heating/cooling units • Run copper refrigerant lines, including brazing and soldering on AC units • Install flex and sheet metal duct systems plus gas line connections to heating equipment • Hydronic boiler install (cast iron and wall hung) is a strong plus What you need: • 2-5 years HVAC installation experience (self-reported), within the past 5 years • Own tools, clean MVR (2 points or less), HS Diploma/GED • Able to lift 100 lbs, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, crawl spaces Apply on Crew Finder Pro to get connected.
